I have had Comcast cable internet for about 2 years. About 3 weeks ago it stopped working in the middle of the day, every day. I have called about 15 times. There are 2 things that are wrong
(1) its still not fixed after 3 weeks
(2) whan I call the person I talk to doesnt seem to know what the previous person I talked to said, what I said to them, and what they assured me was being done.

I called on monday and the person said the 'crew' would be out to fix it on tuesday. I called on tuesday and the person I spoke to said that it was scheduled for wednesday.

Then I called on wednesday and the person said it was scheduled for thursday, and had always been scheduled for thursday. I wonder what I will hear when I call today?

Im probably going to switch providers after this.
