Had a Linksys Wireless-G Cable Gateway model wcg200, worked great for 2 years for the most part. Lately the wireless connections drops every 10-15 minutes. Of course charter is no help since it is not their modem and they want me to rent a Gateway from them for 10.00 a month. I have 2 wired pc's, a wired blue-ray and wired printer, then 2 laptops that are wireless but rarely both on. What do you guys think would be the most cost effective and best setup for the long run.

Was looking at getting a Motorola SBG6580 SURFboard Docsis 3.0 Wireless Gateway, but I hear terrible remarks and then great remarks. Really torn and i know the wife wants her laptop up and running yesterday.
