This Forum site is here to provide help to people having questions about or problems with their Cable Internet Service. These might include anything from problems with a Cable Modem or Router to questions about Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telephone Service.

In recent weeks we have had a number of people offering advice or asking questions about things that are clearly illegal. Their posts have been deleted. We have also had an increasing number of posts promoting or advertising products or services not related to a legitimate question or problem. They have also been deleted. As you can see, there is absolutely NO advertising on this Forum. I for one, would like to see it remain that way and will continue to delete the post's that violate the Terms of Use.

The Cable-Modem.net Forum site has a specific Terms of Use page. I encourage all who post here to read it BEFORE you post. We have the legal right and the ability to decline access to anyone if they ignore the Terms of Use.

I would like to point out two of the conditions from the Terms of Use.

You agree that you will not do, or attempt to do any of the following:

(2) use cable-modem.net's Web Site to violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or to violate the laws of any jurisdiction.

(5) upload or transmit on the cable-modem.net Web Site any advertisements or solicitations of business.
