Does anyone have a clue how to unlock it or how to reach the hidden pages in another way? I currently get the message: "This feature is not enabled.
This feature has not been enabled in your cable modem."

This is because you've got the new firmware from your provider, this wil ask you for an username too.
The interface they are describing here is another firmware.
I'm facing the same problem. But if someone could just post all the pages' like : http://192.168.100.1/_aslvl.asp but then all the other pages which will be displayed with userlevel 3. The settings are availeble, look at http://192.168.100.1/gscan.asp ,this is nog realy a user setting.
If you find out, please let it now on this forum

Some interesting information in this thread...
Am having same issue and cannot seem to unlock this WebStar modem to allow port forwarding to a 'static' IP address?
If anyone has the answer I would be eternally grateful!

I skimmed through the Users Guide but didn't find too much good information. It does seem that the modem has a built in DHCP server but it doesn't indicate how to access it for port forwarding or any other modifications. On the last page it does give phone numbers for the manufacturer. You might try calling them. You may have better luck on the forum at www.tcniso.net/forum
This modem seems to make a point that I have tried to warn people about for the last few months. When you have your DHCP server and/or router built in to your modem it is under the control of your ISP and in this case it seems that you are without a firewall. It sounds like the ISP is setting paramaters that are good for them but not for you and blocking you from being able to do anything about it.
I very strongly recommend using a modem that is a modem only and using a separate router/firewall. All of the Motorola SB5100 series modems are an excellent choice.

Many of these liks doesn't work on the actual firmware (v202r1262-071105-sip). Have you managed what are the links now?
There works setting the accesslevel but most of these links don't work.

If you go to the home page in the modem, you should be able to navigate to what ever it is your looking for.

I don't run this modem so I'm afraid I can't be of more assistance.

@Shnerdly,
there are many hidden pages without links from home page of the modem I would like to see. For example I'd like to try to enable VoIP from one of the supported networks - the modem supports it, but it's disabled by my cable provider at boot time when the configuration is loaded from provider dhcp+tftp servers and there is no option to change anything at the navigation from the home page.

OK.
There are many VoIP providers that don't require any setup in the modem such as Packet8 and Vonage. The VoIP setup in the modem would probably only be for using your ISP's VoIP system.

I found a glitch in the firmware of the DPC 2100 series modems. I found if you set your network adapter's MAC Address to the same MAC address as the modem, it will kill the connection to the modem.
This could possibly be exploited by setting remote routers' MAC addresses to match the modems of users within a certain ISP's IP range. In effect, it could be possible to cut large amounts cable users internet access.

What you have actually found is that the MAC address has to be unique. If multiple houses had the exact same address how would anyone be able to find a specific one. When you clone the MAC of the modem you create a conflict on the network. The modem can't send the data to you because it would also have to send it to itself and it can't. It's not a "glitch", it's simply how MAC addresses work.

i would like to port forward this scientific atlanta 2203c to get my online games to go through so others can connect without having connection problems; that is what port forwarding is for.
I think they did change the password or maybe have to reset the box and enter the info once more. On my other westell that is what I had to do to get to the easily configured interface--hopefully this one is as easy or easier.

just called the tech rep at time-warner and he said that the modems are all ports open. I checked my trackmania game and it ran without a nat warning. So the 2203c has full ports open and you cannot run static ip address anymore without additional price same goes for personal web server.

called the rep number on the box 611 just to give it another try since i don't want all ports open on the computer while playing online games just the ports that NEED to be open; did not win with the rep here either and would not provide a default username and password in the advanced section of the modem page.

This modem is just a modem with a DHCP server built in. Some models have a built in VoIP connection but none would have firewall capabilities which is what your looking for.
To block ports, you should get a router such as the Linksys WRT54G which will add wifi to your location or the Linksys BEFSR41 which is a basic router firewall.

the password w2402 has been changed, probably by my ISP. Is it possible to crack it, say with Cain?

I see in your post that you have the password as w2402 instead of W2402.
I don't have this modem to try it but passwords are almost always case sensative.
Also note that the username may also be case sensitive if the device is using a linux variant for an operating system.

is it not possible simply to reset for at least 10 seconds the modem and then get in the standard settings with settable ip adresses?
My modem here in Belgium doesn't even give more than the one first page with the following info.

Anyone a idee or the 10 second reset option does the trick?
