i have to computers in two different houses my dl programs are configured the same way but one cant dl might there be a firewall in the cable comapnys modem if so how do i access it

I don't know. You really haven't defined the difference between the computers or their configuration.

What Operating System are they running?

Are there firewalls installed?

Are you using the same browser on both computers?
