I installed a two way splitter in my cable line ahead of a 4 way splitter. One line feeds my modem and my roadrunner service is great. My problem is with poor reception on channels 02 through 13. Stations are snowy/fuzzy/static. How can I fix this???

Make sure you have good quality cable going to all of the TV's. Make sure all of the connections are tight. Make sure there are no open ended lines.

On my system at home, I find the picture quality is much better if I use the three line AV input signal from the DVD/VCR to the TV and set the TV to use that signal instead of the normal channel 3 or 4.

i assume one line off the 2 way is going to the cable modem, and the 4 way feeds four tv's. are all 4 sets fuzzy on the lower channels? if so you might want to check the cable that connects the 2 way and the 4 way splitter. try replacing it with a good quality rg-6 cable. if that dont work you could try an amp in place of the four way or have the cable company come out and pinpoint what the issue is.
